Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Wisdom Classic Books is an independent publishing imprint. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit wisdomclassicbooks.com, download our free reading guide, or contact us.
For questions about this policy or your personal information, email contact@wisdomclassicbooks.com.
Information we collect
- Site visits and guide downloads: Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages or files requested, and the time of the request. The guide is available without an account or an email address.
- Messages to us: If you email us, we receive your email address, the information in your message, and any later correspondence.
We do not collect payment card information on this site. If you follow a link to Amazon to buy a book, the transaction takes place on Amazon’s site and is subject to Amazon’s privacy practices.
How we use information
We use technical information to deliver the site and guide, maintain security, and resolve errors or misuse. We use correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the exchange. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure site and answering messages, and on legal obligations where applicable.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or optional website analytics. The site’s fonts and images are served from our own domain. Cloudflare may use technologies needed to deliver and protect the site. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.
Service providers and external links
We use Cloudflare to deliver and secure the site and to route email addressed to our domain. We use Google’s email service to receive and answer messages sent to our contact address. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users. We do not sell personal information.
Our site may link to Amazon or other third-party sites. Their privacy policies apply when you leave our site.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. We use providers and arrangements intended to protect personal information in line with applicable requirements.
How long we keep information
- Contact messages: We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to answer your request and keep a record of our exchange. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
- Technical information: We do not keep website traffic logs in a separate database. Hosting and security records are held by our providers under their own retention settings.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email contact@wisdomclassicbooks.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information before acting on it. We will respond as required by applicable law. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority in your country or region.
Children
The site is intended for a general adult readership. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will give notice where required.
